Healthy Chicken Curry Recipe 

Ingredients:

1 medium onion (Chopped)

6-7 cloves garlic (Chopped)

1 tablespoon garam masala power

½ teaspoon ground cumin

2-3 Cloves

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons chicken curry powder

500 gms boneless chicken cut into small pieces

3 boiled potatoes cut into small pieces

Salt as per taste

One and half cups of Water

Steam rice

Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a food processor (onion, garlic, cumin , Cloves and garam masala) to make a paste

Heat Oil in a pan over medium heat and add the above mixture  along with the chicken curry powder and one and half cups of water. Let this cook for about 5-7 minutes

Add the chicken pieces and boiled potatoes along with some salt to taste

Add about 2-3 cups of water and let the chicken and potatoes cook for about 30-40 mins

Serve hot over some steamed rice
